Description and origin
The box contains two different wines, 150 cl of each. One of them is a beautiful yellowy-green medium-dry Sauvignon Blanc. The other wine is a light cherry red Cabernet Sauvignon Rosé.
Both the Sauvignon Blanc and the Cabernet Sauvignon come from the Denominación de Origen Protegida Valencia region. The climate in the region is strongly influenced by the warm Mediterranean weather.
Flavour and serving suggestion
The character of the Sauvignon Blanc is gentle, refreshing and very fruity. Its aroma bouquet is dominated by tropical fruits. The Cabernet Sauvignon Rosé is strong, elegant, fruity and vivaciously acidic. Its aroma bouquet is dominated by red fruits and its finish is slightly peppery.
Chilled Sauvignon Blanc is perfect with fish, seafood or rice dishes. The wine is also an excellent aperitif. Serve the Cabernet Sauvignon Rosé with white meat, pasta and rice dishes.
